Do I have to pay to list?
No. The free tier lets you list, sell and take memo orders. Paid tiers raise your listing cap, lift your search priority and unlock your branded store page.
How do I know a buyer is legitimate?
Every buyer completes compliance-grade KYC before they can transact. When they order from you, you receive their full credential pack — legal entity, EIN, license, resale certificate, control person and 25%+ owners with ID, trade references and our sanctions screening result — so you can open the account and set that buyer's terms: prepayment, payment plan, net terms or memo. Downloading those packs is included on any paid seller plan.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your card is only charged when the trial ends, and you can cancel from your membership settings at any point before that. Your listings stay live on the free tier.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the membership page — changes are prorated by Stripe automatically.
